My visit to the travel clinic

I received a ton of information from the travel clinic nurse the other day:

• Malaria (where it is common)
• Insect precautions
• Dengue Fever (although not common where we are going)
• Traveler's Diarrhea
• Hepatitis A
• Typhoid
• Air Travel
• Health Care Abroad
• Safety and Security
• Trip Checklist
• Post Travel
• General Travel Health 

Wow, I'll have to find time to read all this good stuff!

I got a prescription for Cipro (in case of traveler's diarrhea) and also received some "jabs":

• Typhoid
• Hepatitis A
• Hepatitis B

I'll need to go back in a month for another dose of Hep A/B, and then another about 6 months later.
