Travel Days -- In Flight 22 hours


We had a very special flight attendant - Bonita - on  our flight to Amsterdam. 
She is a friend of our cousin Lynn and gave us extra special treatment. 
She made sure we were well taken care of.

We worried a lot about being able to sleep during the 22 hours of travel so we took advantage of the complementary beverages"The kids" asured us it would work. It didn't. No sleep before Amsterdam. Thank heavens exhaustion kicked in on second flight and we napped.

    How did you get put on the same flight as her? Was it random, or did you find out through conversation that she was a friend of your cousin?

    Lynn works for the airline and used to do the Amsterdam run so knows the employees. When we got on the plane she was looking for us. She did lots of special favors for us.
